Daria Comănescu aka Dharia has been discovered only a few years ago by Monoir, the musical mastermind behind the much praised Romanian record label, Thrace Music. At only 13 years, she became a TikTok sensation with her very first single, Sugar & Brownies. Trending on the 1st position in Shazam India for several months in a row, the song racked more than 180 million plays on Youtube and over 18 million streams on Spotify, while being playlisted in no less than 400,000 user playlists. These figures placed her also on the no. 1 in Shazam India charts with over 1 million hits and brought her a worldwide licensing deal with Ultra Music, home for artists like Tiesto, Armin van Buuren or Hardwell.

Her second single, August Diaries, bearing the same Monoir signature sound, came as a confirmation that she is not just a one hit wonder, but a super talented singer. The song received massive support, being broadcasted all over the world on important radio stations from Romania, Bulgaria, Tunis, Turkey, Morocco and India.

With 2020 coming to an end, the now 15 years old music prodigy is preparing her third song under Thrace Music! This song combines Dharia’s unique style of vocal lines with Monoir’s signature sound and subtle Indian references for what seems to be a future hit.
